CBTS Achieves Cisco Managed Services Master Certification

CBTS announced today it has achieved the Managed Services Master Certification from Cisco. This certification recognizes CBTS' investment in the managed service ITIL(R) processes, practices and tools necessary to provide high-quality managed services.
